Vegan Banana Mocha Overnight Oats

This Vegan Banana Mocha Overnight Oat is perfect for anyone who needs a little extra kick in the morning, but doesn’t normally have time to make a good breakfast. You can prepare this recipe the night before and in the morning all you have to do is eat it!
This recipe will fill you up and give you plenty of energy for the day. Along with the extra boost from the coffee.
If you like something sweet with your breakfast then this is great. The cocoa powder gives it a chocolatey flavour. The chocolate chips are completely optional. If you are on a health kick then maybe leave them off. You can always use a natural syrup to replace the chocolate chips. However, the chocolate chips give the recipe a delicious boost of sweet flavour that goes perfectly with the banana.
Bananas are high in potassium and low is sodium, this has a range of great health benefits.
I used #Moofree chocolate for out chocolate chips but you can use any vegan chocolate.

Banana Mocha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
½ Banana, sliced
¾ tsp Cocoa Powder
¾ Cup Oats
½ Cup Cold Coffee
1 tsp Vegan Chocolate Chips - We used MooFree but you can use any vegan chocolate chips
Method
Pour the oats into a glass.
Mix the cocoa powder into the oats.
Pour the coffee into the oats and mix to ensure it is well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
When oats are ready top with the banana slices and chocolate chips.
Serve
