Am I the only one who loves cookie dough as a dip? Yum! I can't get enough!

This vegan cookie dough makes a great dip for a party or just for those junk food days!

Have you ever made a recipe with aquafaba and then had to use the chickpeas up? I do this all the time, I put chickpeas in most of my dinners to use them up and I still have alot in my freezer.

What a perfect way to use your chickpeas up! And i'm sure your children will enjoy it too!

I think this cookie dough tastes like peanut butter with chocolate chips, which for me is perfect! It couldn't get any better than this!

It's a super quick and easy recipe!

There will be a youtube video of this recipe up soon! Subscribe to my channel to get instant updates!

You can bake the cookie dough to make cookies if you want to use it up or just fancy some cookies.

Preheat the oven to 180C

Place little balls on a baking tray, on parchment, flatten them into cookie shapes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

I hope you like these as much as we do!

Ingredients

1 Tin Chickpeas - Drained

½ Cup Peanut Butter

¼ Cup Golden Syrup - You can also use maple syrup and honey but it may change the flavour slightly

½ tsp Vanilla Essence

¼ Cup Chocolate Chips - You can add more if you really like your chocolate chips

Method

* Place the chickpeas, peanut butter, golden syrup and vanilla essence in a food processor.

* Blitz until completely smooth.

* Stir in the chocolate chips

* Keep in the fridge until ready to serve

Enjoy!
