Vegan Rosemary Hummus

It's another sunny day here, I hope you are all getting the sunshine. One of the best snacks or lunches on a sunny day is hummus and sticks of vegetables, e.g carrots, cucumber and celery and so many more!
Hummus is one of the quickest recipes you can make, you just put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. It's a great one to let your kids help with, they will love helping make their healthy snacks.
This one was made by Katie, she has made a youtube video for us all to enjoy! I love this video, it's a very calming and relaxing video to watch and it shows just how easy the recipe is!
As some of you may have read in some of my prevous pages, Katie and I can't see each other to make videos and come up with lots of recipes together. Because of this we are both doing recipes seperately, Katie is making hers as youtube videos as well and I am trying to make some short videos on my phone - These aren't great quality but it shows you the recipes, you can find these videos on my instagram page or tiktok if that's an app you use. I have just started making these videos so please bare with me. Katie is much better at making videos, which is why hers are the ones on our youtube channel, she has the equipment to make good quality videos. I am enjoying making little videos for you all.
Because Katie and I are making recipes seperatly and not together, you should get a few more recipes than usual, which hopefully will help you all through this difficult time and hopefully there will be some great recipes for the whole family to make together. this is a great time to get your kids helping you bake.
Katie and I used to bake with our parents, since we were very little, and we loved it. Cooking with our parents is what gave us our love of baking, which is what makes us enjoy doing this blog and youtube videos for all of you to enjoy!
I have already started baking with my daughter, she is almost 2, she loves to help me make cakes and is always asking me to make a cake with her. It is great for their imagination, creative skills and teaching them the skills they will need later in life.
This hummus is a great recipe if you are having a party, or a family bbq. We make dips when we have family get togethers, it's a great thing for everyone to snack on while they wait for dinner to cook or, if like us you do games night/day, it's great to have easy snacks.

Rosemary Hummus
Ingredients
1 Tin Chickpeas
1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary - You can use dried but taste it as you may want more.
½ tsp Paprika
¼ Cup Olive Oil
Pinch of salt - Or to taste
Method
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Serve
Enjoy!
